Driftstekniker

Vi søker en engasjert og dyktig Driftstekniker til Kongsberg Maritime sitt kontor på Grilstad i Trondheim. Som Driftstekniker, vil du ha varierte ansvarsområder innen drift og vedlikehold. I denne stillingen vil du spille en avgjørende rolle i å opprettholde den tekniske infrastrukturen og sikre en optimal funksjon av våre anlegg. Du vil også være ansvarlig for avfallshåndtering og generelt vedlikehold av bygg og uteområder. Dine ferdigheter og kompetanse vil bidra til å opprettholde en trygg og funksjonell arbeidsplass.

Ansvarsområder

• Drift og oppfølging av teknisk infrastruktur og SD-anlegg
• Avfallshåndtering
• Generelt vedlikehold av bygg og uteområder og gi innspill til vedlikeholdsplan
• Løse ulike arbeidsoppdrag og reparasjoner for avdelingene våre, samt Fortløpende identifisere og utbedre feil og mangler
• Følge opp internkontrollrutiner
• Kontakt med håndverkere og koordinering med leverandører og partnere
• Ajourhold av dokumentasjon for drift og vedlikehold i byggets FDV-system
• Bistå på lager/produksjon ved behov

Kvalifikasjoner og erfaring

• Førerkort klasse BE
• Fagbrev innenfor byggdrift, bygg, elektro, ventilasjon eller automasjon
• Erfaring innen drift av bygg eller håndverksfag, erfaring fra drift av større bygg er en fordel
• Erfaring med bruk av digitale arbeidsverktøy
• Flytende norsk og engelsk kunnskap, skriftlig og muntlig
• Du må kunne møtte sikkerhetskravene fra Luftfartstilsynet: Norsk bosted siste 5 år og plettfri vandel

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Operations Technician for Kongsberg Maritime's office at Grilstad in Trondheim. As an Operations Technician, you will have diverse responsibilities in operations and maintenance. In this role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the technical infrastructure and ensuring the optimal functioning of our facilities. You will also be responsible for waste management and general maintenance of buildings and outdoor areas. Your skills and expertise will contribute to maintaining a safe and functional workplace.

Responsibilities

• Operation and monitoring of technical infrastructure and SD systems.
• Waste management.
• General maintenance of buildings and outdoor areas, as well as providing input for maintenance plans.
• Handling various work tasks and repairs for our departments, as well as continuously identifying and rectifying faults and deficiencies.
• Following internal control procedures.
• Liaison with craftsmen and coordination with suppliers and partners.
• Maintaining documentation for operation and maintenance in the building's FM system.
• Assisting in the warehouse/production as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Driver's license, class BE.
• Vocational certificate in building operations, electrics, ventilation, or automation.
• Experience in building operations or trade professions, with experience in the operation of larger buildings being an advantage.
• Experience with the use of digital work tools.
• Fluent in both Norwegian and English, both in written and spoken communication.
• You must meet safety requirements from the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority: Norwegian citizen for the last 5 years and clean criminal record

This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.
