What can you expect? 

As a solutions consultant, you will be a part of our highly skilled Delivery team. The overall goal for our Solution Consultants is to be our customers' - trusted advisors, to quickly understand our customer's goals, challenges and guide them to utilise our system to the full.

You should expect a range of challenging tasks within implementation, training, support and project management for our global customers. You will also work closely with the sales and marketing department and our developers to continuously solve complex real-world problems and shape the future’s commercial shipping industry.

As a Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for building and sustaining customer relationships while driving the adoption of our solutions. In addition, you’ll act as one of the business solution resources when working with new and existing customers.

Requirements

You are definitely a match if you... 

Do you have a background in the shipping industry, specifically in Chartering, Operations, or perhaps within application management and digitalisation? The most important thing is that you have the right motivation and truly believe that you can be a trusted advisor for our users

• Shipping experience and interest in the industry, along with experience in sales and/or consultant roles, is preferable.
• Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills
• Significant advantage if you have experience within IT Service management, Enterprise service management, B2B customer service or other roles that gives you relevant competence to advise our users
• Advantage if you have experience as a superuser in our system or similar software solutions.
