The position

By joining our team in Technology, Digital & Innovation you will have the opportunity to:
  • Work within a large SAP landscape running on Azure cloud with integrations to lots of internal, external and cloud based solutions. Equinor's SAP environment includes new technologies like S/4, HANA databases and SAP Analytics Cloud. Several projects are in the process of renewing components and implementing new functionality.
  • Get involved in the migration to SAP S/4, a complex and exciting project, including the renewal of Business processes.
  • Be a solution architect within SAP Finance & Control including, A&C, Treasury, GRC and BW/Analytics, to strengthen our competence and capacity within the functional areas Finance & Control and SAP Analytics.
  • Collaborate with Business and Product Owners to mature, design and implement new solutions, and manage the operations and maintenance of existing solutions.
  • Contribute to detailed design and clarify issues in continuous dialogue with developers and business.
  • Capture business requirements and map business requirements to system solutions.

You

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields. 
  • Experience with SAP Architectural Solutions within the functional area of Finance & Control, but knowledge of the functional areas, SAP Analytics, SAP HR, BW would be beneficial. Those with less experience can also be considered. 
  • Knowledge and/or particular interest in modules like cFIn and MDM, FICO and integrations to oher modules (SAP and non-SAP), FICO with S4 Hana group reporting, ABAP/UI5/Fiori), SAP Datasphere would be beneficial.
  • S4 Hana greenfield or brown field projects experience would be beneficial.
  • Oil and Gas industry specific experience and/or SAP joint venture accounting experience would be advantageous but not essential.
  • The drive to bridge Equinor’s strategy to technology and having overall business impact.
