  • Lead the Data Science/Machine Learning team to develop cutting-edge data products and ML models in support of the company's goals, especially in the areas of consumer and risk
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in the areas of data science, machine learning, and predictive analytics
  • Collaborate with our product, commercial, and engineering teams to identify data science opportunities and deliver high-quality data products and projects
  • Manage team priorities, resources, and deadlines to ensure deliverables align with project goals
  • Recruit, train, mentor and develop team members
  • Stay current with emerging data science trends and technologies and be an data ambassador in the company


  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or related field
  • Several years of experience in data science and machine learning technologies
  • Experience working with large data sets in a distributed computing environment
  • Strong leadership skills with experience leading teams of Data Science and Machine Learning professionals
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure is a plus
  • Fluent English proficiency; German and Norwegian is a plus
  • Experience with financial industry, especially Buy-now-pay-later and risk & fraud management.
