IT Specialist

Cheffelo was founded in 2008 with the vision of simplifying everyday life by offering a large variety of inspiring meals delivered directly to our customers' front doors. Today, we are the largest supplier of meal kits in the Nordic region and consider ourselves a leader in Scandinavian food tech. We are located in Sweden, Norway and Denmark under the brands Linas Matkasse, Godtlevert, Adams Matkasse and RetNemt.

Our IT team, a part of the Tech team, delivers vital applications and support to 400+ internal users. Our tech stack primarily comprises modern SaaS solutions, including Slack, O365, Azure AD, Monday.com, Jira, and more. The IT Specialist reports to the Nordic IT manager, with the role based in Oslo. Occasional travel to our sites in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Helsingør is required.

Role Overview:

As the IT Specialist, your main responsibility is to provide essential tools and support to empower our internal users in their roles. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining a secure and up-to-date system and network platform, collaborating with our hosting partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Support, provide timely and effective IT support to internal users, resolving hard- and software issues and offering guidance on IT tools and resources. Suggest improvements and changes.
  • User Security, implement and enforce security policies, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), to protect systems and data. Stay informed about security trends and educate users on best practices.
  • License Management, oversee licenses for SaaS Solutions, ensuring compliance and cost effectiveness, including tracking software licenses and renewals.
  • IT Partner, coordinate with our IT partner for issue resolution and IT infrastructure projects.
  • Network Support, assist in maintaining network infrastructure, including firewall, switches, VPN, and backup solutions.
  • Documentation, Maintain up-to-date and accessible documentation for IT procedures, policies, and best practices.
  • Vendor Relations, manage relationships with IT equipment and service vendors, evaluate performance, and participate in vendor selection processes. Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues.

We are looking for following qualifications:

  • An education within Computer science, IT, or similar is an advantage. Work experience and passion can make up for lacking academic credentials.
  • A team player who is good at building relationships with different stakeholders.
  • Always looking for ways to automate things and take advantage of new technology.
  • Get stuff done and have a strong bias to action.
  • Ambitious, set the bar high, and take pride in what you deliver.
  • Always eager to learn new things and improve.

Knowledge in:

  • Microsoft Intune
  • Windows OS, Mac OS, IOS & Android
  • Microsoft 365 suite, defender for Endpoint
  • Active Directory/Entra ID
  • Hardware/Software/User support
