From our office in Oslo, Norway, we deliver solutions for the electric energy suppliers in the Nordic region. These are solutions that allow our customers to monitor and safeguard their power grid operations in the most efficient and safe way possible.

You have a unique opportunity to take part of this as a Senior Project Manager.


Main responsibilities:

  • Plan, lead and execute complex IT/OT projects
  • Ensure quality and deliverability in accordance with company policy
  • Coordinate resource needs and resource availability
  • Ensure continuous risk management, change management and deviation management
  • Report progress and financial status
  • Participate in tender processes with regard to planning and estimation of project implementation


Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have a university level degree within IT, engineering or similar. You should have experience in leading and integrating teams across multiple locations. We think you have several years of relevant work experience, with 5+ years from IT-related projects. For this position we also think the ideal candidate is familiar with Agile and SCRUM methodology. SCADA/ADMS knowhow would be beneficial but not essential. To succeed in this position, we also think you should have experience in complex software delivery solutions (On-prem/Hybrid/Cloud).You must have strong written and verbal Norwegian and English communication skills.

Good collaborating skills, both with customers and colleagues – at the same time as you can take independent initiative. Willingness to learn and to be curious to learn more, especially about the power industry. Attention to detail and deadlines while maintaining focus on the larger picture, a conscious approach to risk, information and cyber security and a strong business acumen and focus on financial budgets and expectations.
