We are now looking for IT Consultant/IT Operations Specialist who can join our Volue Team in Oslo.

What you will be doing to make a difference:

• Analyse, support and monitor the success of IT solutions and systems
• Manage and lift the quality in critical digital infrastructure
• Collaborate with colleagues and be a strong contributor both inside and outside of the IT team
• Train, support and solve cases within various IT technical areas
• Establish and maintain technical processes and documentation

What you need to succeed:

You have:

•  Bachelor or Master’s degree or similar within IT
•  Some years of experience with managing IT infrastructure and services
• Experience in managing and supporting end user devices, printers, video systems, M365 and Azure
• One or more certifications in security is an advantage
• Cooperative working attitude in a multinational work environment
• Ability to manage own workload and to both plan and execute on a strategy

The position reports to IT Operations Manager and cooperates closely with team members across Europe. We are looking to hire for Volue office in in Oslo.
