Nåværende leder for IT går over i ny stilling internt, og i den forbindelse søker vi etter hans etterfølger. Rana Gruber vokser, og er i ferd med å profesjonaliseres i enda større grad gjennom nytt utstyr og valg av ny teknologi. Vi skal gjennom en digital transformasjon med fokus på datadrevne endringer, og IT-avdelingen vil være knutepunktet for både valg og bruk av ny teknologi i bedriften.

For å lykkes i digitaliseringsarbeidet kreves stor grad av prosjektarbeid og samhandling i tverrfaglige team med deltakere fra ulike områder i bedriften. Som IT-Sjef vil du ha en sentral rolle som eier og samlende kraft for digitaliseringsprosjektet i Rana Gruber. Fokus vil være forbedring og effektivisering gjennom datadrevne løsninger, med høy grad av samhandling og arbeid i agile tverrfaglige team med medlemmer fra de ulike produksjonsenhetene.

IT-avdelingen består av fire faste ansatte og en lærling, som tilsammen har et bredt ansvarsområde for oppfølgning av IT-drift og helpdesk, sikkerhet og utvikling. Det vil også være en del leverandøroppfølging forbundet med områder innen IT-drift som er outscourced, for å frigjøre tid til utviklingsarbeid.

Arbeidsoppgaver

  • Personansvar, lede og videreutvikle avdelingen
  • Ansvar for å sikre god IT-drift, herunder vedlikehold og optimalisering av nettverk, servere, infrastruktur samt se at nødvendige sikkerhetstiltak ivaretas.
  • Ansvar for å drive digitaliseringen i Rana Gruber gjennom tverrfaglige team.
  • Utarbeidelse av relevant dokumentasjon og rapportering.
  • Sikre etterlevelse av compliance-krav innen IT.
  • Prosjektarbeid og risikovurderinger.
  • Leverandøroppfølging, anskaffelsesprosesser og outsourcing.

Do you want to lead the department that will digitize Rana Gruber? We are now looking for an IT manager who is passionate about creating development through interdisciplinary teams

The current head of IT is moving to a new position internally, and in that connection we are looking for his successor. Rana Gruber is growing, and is in the process of becoming even more professional through new equipment and the choice of new technology. We are going through a digital transformation with a focus on data-driven changes, and the IT department will be the hub for both the selection and use of new technology in the company.

To be successful in the digitization work, a large degree of project work and interaction in interdisciplinary teams with participants from different areas of the company is required. As IT Manager, you will have a central role as owner and unifying force for the digitization project at Rana Gruber. The focus will be improvement and efficiency through data-driven solutions, with a high degree of interaction and work in agile interdisciplinary teams with members from the various production units.

The IT department consists of four permanent employees and an apprentice, who together have a broad area of responsibility for monitoring IT operations and the help desk, security and development. There will also be some supplier follow-up associated with areas within IT operations that are outsourced, in order to free up time for development work.

Rana Gruber is looking for someone who has relevant experience and who is driven to interact closely to develop the IT solutions of the future. We believe the right candidate has a strong desire to contribute actively to bring out the best in everyone around them.

Work assignments

  • Personal responsibility, leading and further developing the department
  • Responsibility for ensuring good IT operations, including maintenance and optimization of networks, servers, infrastructure and ensuring that necessary security measures are taken care of.
  • Responsibility for driving the digitization in Rana Gruber through interdisciplinary teams.
  • Preparation of relevant documentation and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with compliance requirements within IT.
  • Project work and risk assessments.
  • Supplier follow-up, procurement processes and outsourcing.

  • Experience with modern cloud-based data and analysis platforms, business intelligence, data warehouses, Power BI and SQL.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant requirements.
