Role and impact

Being an important member of our team, you will make a difference every day. You may specialize and build solutions for product and policy management, invoicing, claims handling and CRM systems, or you may develop services that go across these domains. Your code will change the way people across 5 countries work, and your role involves active collaboration with business specialists a wide range of projects.

• are fluent in Norwegian, Swedish or Danish
• Will be a role model for the less experienced colleagues and rookies.
• Are efficient at producing smart solutions.
• Are really good at developing high quality systems, at scale, in a team.
• Are not religious about tools, but very interested understanding how technologies like Kafka, Elastic, SQL, GCP Platform work.
• Have realized that learning never stops.
• Enjoy tackling complex challenges - independently or collaboratively
• Stay up to date on technologies, and problem solving in the tech world, and share your ever-growing knowledge with others
