Seeking a Dynamic Team Manager for Software Product Development

We are seeking a talented and motivated Team Manager to join our software product development organization. As a Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing two teams dedicated to software development.. Your responsibilities will span from managing the day-to-day operations of both teams to fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and efficient software development methodologies. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and inspire two teams of talented software developers, guiding them towards achieving project goals and exceeding expectations.

• Help improve efficiency and productivity by implementing and improving agile development methodologies and processes, tailored to our organizational needs

• Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project goals, ensuring seamless coordination across the organization.

• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, encouraging creativity, continuous learning, and professional growth among team members.

• Take ownership of personnel activities, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and individual career development plans.

• Mentor and provide regular feedback to developers, empowering them to enhance their skills, address challenges, and achieve personal and team goals.

• Previous experience as a team manager in a software product development environment.

• Understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, and their practical application.

• Adept at aligning teams with organizational goals, fostering cooperation, and building relationships with stakeholders.
