Our Graduate Program are designed to give you a smooth transition from student life into your professional career. The Graduate program will give you a platform to share knowledge, information, and experiences with your fellow graduates- also ensuring you several new work besties! After the 1 year Graduate program, you continue in the same permanent position.

• You will preferably graduate in 2023/2024, with a relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree

• You are a curious person, who is eager to learn and enjoy new challenges

• You are flexible, resilient and determined

• You have strong English written and verbal communications skills

Application deadline and process

Our application deadline will be the 25.02.2024. We will contact candidates consecutively. Our interview process will consist of two interviews and an in-person assessment center.
