System owner Salesforce

Development in our industry is fast and demands good solutions. We use Salesforce within our most important work processes. Our existing system owner is now moving to another exciting position internally, and we are now looking for his successor.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual as a system owner for our Salesforce solution, called VIEWforce. The System Owner will play an important role in leading the Superuser team and overseeing the VIEWforce board. This includes prioritizing input in the roadmap, tracking development progress, managing the budget, and reporting to relevant stakeholders. Your expertise in Salesforce administration, leadership skills, and a track record of contributing to projects will be critical in driving the success of our Salesforce platform.

As a system owner in VIEWforce you will report directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO).

Tasks

As a system owner of one of our most important tools, you get the opportunity to work with talented colleagues across offices in Norway, Sweden, Finland and the UK. Your main responsibility will be VIEWforce and, together with others, ensure that the system is optimal for us in the future as well.

Main tasks

  • User management: Administer profiles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Salesforce customization: Align and configure VIEWforce with business processes.
  • System monitoring: Oversee performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Integration ownership: Implement and manage integrations as part of work processes.
  • Team leadership: Lead the Superuser team and provide support.
  • VIEWforce board: Prioritize VIEWforce input and align with business goals.
  • Budget ownership: Ensure cost-effective management and resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder communication: Regularly report to stakeholders and collaborate on strategic alignment.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor or masters degree in a relevant field.
      • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
      • Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred.
      • Strong leadership and team management skills.
      • Proven track record of contributing to successful projects.
      • Experience with budget management and strategic planning.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
      • Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language
