What you will do

As an early hire, you will serve as a cornerstone of the company. You will have opportunities to develop your professional skills and take on greater responsibility as the company grows. You will also be able to partake in important decisions that significantly impact the company's future.

Your main task will be to develop and maintain the front-end and back-end services of our application. Additionally, you will frequently interact with our users to understand their needs and help set the development direction of the product. As a product-led company, it is critical that our application is intuitive and easy to use, and it is important that you are able to put yourself in the position of the user.

AI is one of the main components in our solution, and we spend significant resources researching and developing new ways to improve our AI rendering engine. There will be opportunities to work on AI-related tasks, including data engineering, model training, and researching new novel methods.


Who you are

We are seeking a creative individual with a product-focused mindset who obsesses over our users. You should be self-motivated, a team player, and possess good communication skills. Above all, you should be committed to delivering real value and solving genuine user problems.

While experience with the specific frameworks or tools we use is not required, an eagerness and willingness to learn them is essential.

We are looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.


Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience working as a software engineer

  • Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript/TypeScript

  • Proficiency in one or more web frameworks such as React/Next, Vue/Nuxt, or similar

  • Proficiency with developing APIs and working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or similar

  • Strong ability to communicate with us and our users and apply gained insights into concrete product improvements

  • Startup mindset with a strong ability to prioritize the most valuable tasks when time and resources is limited

  • Self-driven in their day-to-day work and with a “doer” mentality focused on getting the job done


Preferred qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, data science, architecture, design, etc.)

  • Experience with product development, UI, and UX design

  • Hands-on experience with the following technologies and methods:

    • GraphQL

    • Docker

    • Python and FastAPI

    • CI/CD, testing, Git/version control and code quality

  • Familiar with cloud services like Azure, AWS or Google Cloud

  • Professional experience in a relevant field (e.g. architecture, product-led startups, design, etc.)


Optional qualifications

  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of how conventional AI/ML methods work

  • A sense of aesthetics and design, either in architecture or other visual/creative fields

  • Other skills we might not know we need (as a startup, we face a wide array of challenges ;)
