The team, position & mission:

As a Cloud Architect at Orange Business you will get the chance to work closely with our customers and mission critical solutions. Our Service Delivery department is now looking for a Technical Account Manager to work with a customer's AWS platform and the products they use. You will be a part of a team spanning across departments and have access to a strong network of highly skilled professionals. Our culture is very much centered around sharing knowledge and making each other better. You will also gain valuable experience as a Technical Team Lead!




The role and key areas of responsibility:

The Technical Account Manager role is about keeping on top of all technical aspects of the system and the service provision, including:

  • Understanding the technical solution and ensuring that it reflects the customers requirements and effectively supports their business.
  • Look for ways to optimize service quality, through utilizing the system in an optimal way, or suggesting upgrades/changes to the system.
  • Be a natural discussion partner for your customer for technical matters.




For this position you should have:

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Public Cloud and AWS
  • Good knowledge in scripting and automation
  • Interest in trying out new technologies and solving problems
  • Great communication skills in Norwegian and English
  • The ability to manage and delegate large and small tasks and assignments



It is not a requirement, but other preferred qualifications would be experience with the following technologies:

  • Kafka
  • MQTT/EMQX (ECS Fargate)
  • RDS, Network (Transit Gateway VPCm routing S2S VPN, klient VPN)
  • Monitoring (Datadog)
  • Terraform (IAC
