Here, the main focus is on the customers and their employees. The goal is to provide the world's best first-line support with smiling, enthusiastic and customer-centric employees.

Your contributions:

As a Team Lead Customer Support, you will:

  • Lead, support and develop a team of customer service representatives, managing their day-to-day activities.
  • Review incoming tickets, assign priorities, and distribute workload effectively.
  • Identify needs and lead efforts in developing department and team deliveries.
  • Identify training requirements and provide coaching to team members.
  • Suggest optimizations to enhance IT performance and prevent future problems.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments or other stakeholders to solve customer issues efficiently.
  • Participate in candidate interviews to ensure the right skillset for team members.
