We are now seeking a junior candidate to step into a Service Delivery Manger role in Cloud Operations.


In this role, you will employ your experience and technical expertise to ensure the quality of all delivered services to our client base. You'll be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, managing service delivery, and refining processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You'll collaborate with team leaders to develop solutions to any issues that arise and generate monthly service reports.


Beyond managing existing services, you will actively identify opportunities to enhance our client relationships. Your focus will be on upselling additional services, tailoring solutions to meet their evolving needs. By leveraging your expertise and understanding of our offerings, you will contribute to both client satisfaction and business growth.
