Head of Digitalization
Do you have experience from digital innovation and business development?
NRC Group has seen significant growth in recent years, and digitalization is a key part of our strategy going forward. We are now seeking a Head of Digitalization to accelerate and enable NRC Group to deliver on its IT strategy and digitalization vision through effective, modern ways of working, data driven decisions and seamless user experiences.
We are looking for someone with experience in digital innovation and business development. We believe that you have experience with project management and process improvement in large organizations preferably in the Nordics.
The ideal candidate has a higher education in IT, technology, or economics and can communicate well in Norwegian and English. You enjoy working at a strategic level and simultaneously getting the opportunity to be hands-on in projects. You are analytical, systematic, innovative, and have excellent collaborative and relationship building skills. To succeed in the role we believe you may have a mix of consulting background and line management.
