Engineering is executing major projects across the globe in both oil and gas and renewables sectors. This includes Norway’s ground-breaking Brevik carbon capture project, as well as Northern Lights, the world’s first CO? storage facility on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

Furthermore, we are developing the design and delivery methods for offshore floating wind and future hydrogen and ammonia projects.

As part of a strategic alliance, we are also working on a large digitalization project, whilst pioneering new digital solutions to make operations safer and more efficient.

As a graduate in Aker Solutions, you will be a part of a graduate program. This includes professional network, meet other graduates across locations and visit to our headquarter and one of our yards.

We are now looking for a Graduate 3D Application Administrator who wants to join our team.


What will you be doing?

  • Collaborate with Discipline Coordinators/Superusers to advise on application setup and provide guidance and support for working methods
  • Engage with engineering disciplines to improve the efficient use of in-house E3D applications and working methods
  • Ensure that the quality of data in the model meets project and client requirements
  • Contribute to and support Aker Solutions’ digitalization process related to 3D usage
  • Act as the main contact point and liaison for the project, client, and other contractors on application-related matters. This includes planning and preparing work for the application team and ensuring the correct competence and capacity
  • Participate in the Service Owner network for applications across locations and act as a focal point towards in-house developers regarding changes in application or interfaces on behalf of the project(s)


We think you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Some experience with object-orientated programming is an advantage
