Job Title: PLC Commissioning Engineer / Field-Service-Technician


What We Offer in This Role:

As an On/Offshore Automation PLC Commissioning Engineer working with mechatronics, Siemens TIA portal / Step 7. Commissioning of advanced Motion Compensated offshore equipment, as advanced heave compensated subsea cranes, 3D compensated cranes and walk to work gangways for the green energy marked.


You will assume a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of advanced systems. We provide a secure working environment with stringent internal safety protocols and conditions. This position includes global travel opportunities for assignments worldwide.


Who We Are Looking For:

We seek a candidate with prior experience in offshore operations, particularly in PLC Siemens TIA, and good electrical experience. Preferably multi-discipline HYDEL Software.

The ideal candidate is flexible, excels in collaborative team environments, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and is accustomed to working within project timelines, including project commissioning. Someone who wants extensive travel and experience the world.


Work Tasks and qualifications:

  • Programming PLC, specifically the Siemens TIA portal, Siemens Drive system and SIMATIC Step 7.
  • Electrical qualifications, and education.
  • Multidiscipline is also attractive to us, e.g. Mechatronics, EL, software, Hyd. Mec.
  • Conducting internal system testing.
  • Upholding high standards of work ethics.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal documentation requirements.
