Role? We're on the lookout for an Engineering Manager to build and nurture a new team called Ad Supply, within the Recruiter Area of our Jobs Vertical. This team is pivotal in enhancing our marketplace by structuring ad data to provide a comprehensive view of job openings, positioning our Recruiter Area as the top choice for Nordic employers seeking talent.

Location? Our hybrid work model allows for a mix of office and remote work, inviting you to join us in Stockholm, Helsinki, or Oslo for 2-3 days a week for optimal collaboration and team engagement. Full-time office presence is welcome for those who prefer it.

WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?

You'll be jumping onto a moving train at full speed. Your initial work will focus on recruitment and assembling a well-balanced team of highly motivated individuals, in close collaboration with the Product Manager and the Area Directors. As an Engineering Manager in a people-first focused area, your primary responsibility will be the day-to-day follow-up and continued growth of your team members. You will also be tasked with implementing innovative and agile ways of working to ensure the team's continued high performance and engagement. The Area is expected to deliver on top-level OKRs for the marketplace, and you will play a key role in managing the team's expectations and keeping them engaged and motivated throughout a challenging transitional period over the next couple of years.
