About the role
In the Simulation Software Product Group, we are building a scalable digital simulation ecosystem which provides our customers more value and impact by helping healthcare professionals and educators improve the delivery of training and education through physical simulation. As part of our team, you will work alongside dedicated and creative software engineers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product experts to solve new challenges as we help save lives by developing the best products and capabilities in the industry.
We are now looking for a Digital Solutions Technician - Intune to join our Infrastructure Team to help us continue implementation and operation of the “Intune for Resuscitation Quality Initiative (RQI)” solution for our healthcare customers. We are looking for individuals who have experience as software developers with cross platform experience or individuals who have knowledge within mobile device, management, OS deployment, and application management.
RQI is a highly successful partnership with the American Heart Association to develop innovative solutions to improve the quality of resuscitation within the healthcare industry. Through this collaboration, we have completed a pilot program “Intune for RQI” that aims to greatly improve the manageability and scalability of our product offerings. Our next move is to implement this solution in over 10,000 RQI Skills Training Stations in hospitals and healthcare facilities around the United States and the rest of the world. This implementation and use case for Microsoft Intune is one of, if not the largest solution of its kind in Microsoft’s history.
