In Siemens Smart Industries, within division Electrification & Automation (EA), there is now an exciting opportunity to join us as Customer Success Manager - Cyber Security.


The Electrification & Automation business unit covers the entire spectrum for power distribution systems and solutions as well as products for protection technology, station automation, telecontrol technology, power quality, smart communication and microgrids. SI EA aims to be the global leader driving grid transformation to ensure resilient, economical, and sustainable electrification.

In the role as Customer Success Manager for Cyber Security, you will play a key part in fulfilling our clients' cyber security strategies within electrification. Through the promotion and onboarding of our strategic, cross-functional cyber security initiatives, you will ensure that current and new customers receive the tools and support they need.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients in the power distribution and industry sector.
  • Work closely with Siemens’ technical experts locally and globally to ensure our solutions meet the needs of our clients within cyber security, focusing on operational technology installed in the power grid.
  • Onboard and provide tailored guidance and training to clients about Siemens’ security solutions and best practices.
  • Proactively monitor client satisfaction and usage of our products and services, reporting to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify growth opportunities through upselling and renewals while building lasting customer relationships.


Desired background and qualifications

To succeed in this role we believe you have at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a customer-facing role within automation, IT/technology, cyber security, or similar fields.

A strong understanding of or interest in the challenges and trends within electrification and automation is desirable. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical details into understandable language.

Experience from successfully working with multiple stakeholders in a complex matrix organization would be an advantage. If you in addition is self-motivated and solution-oriented, with a can-do and customer-centric approach – you may be the person we are looking for. The position requires fluency in a Scandinavian language as well as English.


Examples of systems that you might have experience from or knowledge of:

  • Intrusion Detection systems for operational technology networks
  • Security information & event management system for operational technology
  • Experience from industrial networks and methods, as well as the ability to understand and implement the industries security standards and regulations.
  • Windows Active Directory and or other AD-systems
  • Group Policy Objects (GPO) to control grid resources and manage security settings.
  • Hardening of Windows-systems to minimize vulnerabilities and hinder unauthorized access.
  • Windows-firewall and other security solutions to protects network and system resources.
