NOV Energy Equipment is seeking a Software Engineer to strengthen the team that develops our automation platform for oil and gas software products.

We are looking for someone with a passion for controls and software development. Are you encouraged and motivated to tackle exciting challenges? Do you feel true excitement when you solve a problem or come up with a new solution for something you have been working on?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Software development
  • Software design
  • Creating automatic testing
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD scripts

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Cybernetics, Computer science, or similar. 
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • C++ knowledge
  • Knowledge of Git, preferably GitHub

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Good team player who can contribute to our existing group of engineers
  • Desire to learn
  • Integrity and reliability

Relevant experience may compensate for missing education.
