Management Trainee

We’re on the lookout for an ambitious Management Trainee to join us on an incredibly exciting growth journey.

While most legaltech startups are building software to replace lawyers, at Legala we are building software to give lawyers superpowers. We’re focusing on a very particular niche - bankruptcy and estate administration. Despite being a young company our solutions are already deployed by 100+ companies including some of the biggest national and international law firms. Our mission is to aid lawyers with cutting edge technology, revolutionizing how they work while retaining their much needed competencies and responsibilities. We have experienced tremendous growth over the last year and as such we are excited to on-board a new Management Trainee to our team, with the ambition of turning you into a key individual of our company (perhaps even C-level).


Where you fit in and what you’ll be working on:

As the Management Trainee, you will work at the intersection of sales, customer success, product development and operations. As such, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of our company's operations and goals through hands-on experience across various business functions. You’ll use this deep knowledge to work with our increasing list of customers. The dynamic nature of this position will provide you with a unique opportunity to develop a well-rounded skill set and to be a part of our core management team in the future. Your primary responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

  • Identify and build relationships with law firms and in-house lawyers to understand their needs and promote our software products.

  • Collaborating with the product development team to enhance and customize our solutions to meet the unique requirements of the legal industry.

  • Analyzing market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and potential threats.

  • Optimizing pricing strategies, sales processes, and marketing campaigns to maximize results.


What qualifications does our ideal Management Trainee have? 

First and foremost we are looking for a hungry and motivated individual with a can-do mentality. We value fresh perspectives and are committed to providing training and mentorship to help you grow in your career.

  • You possess strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • You have a keen eye for technology and have the ability to utilize complex software

  • You have a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • You have exceptional communication skills in both English and Norwegian language.

  • You have a BSc or MSc/MBA in Law, Business, Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship, Technology or similar fields. 

  • You aspire to become a leader.

  • You master and enjoy working with spreadsheets in Excel or Google Sheets.
