Join our dynamic obfuscation development team! We're expanding and seeking a talented Software Engineer to specialize in Java and Dex bytecode obfuscation. While specific skills are preferred, we welcome applicants eager to learn and grow. Your responsibilities will include:

• Be an integral part of the existing scrum team
• Help develop and maintain our Java/Dex obfuscation product
• Undertake research into appropriate obfuscation techniques
• Ensure end to end testing coverage through unit tests and scripted integration tests
• Contribute to our binary obfuscation product from time-to-time

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

• Proficiency in Rust or another binary language with a willingness to adapt and learn Rust
• Strong development background in JVM languages such as Java, Kotlin, or Scala
• Understanding of the inner workings of the Java Virtual Machine and/or Dalvik virtual machine 
• Exposure to Android mobile app development
• Familiarity with app reversing tools like Java decompilers, APKTool, Ghidra, etc.
• Hands-on experience in modern Scrum team environments
• Proficiency in utilizing CI/CD pipelines 
• Familiarity with agile development tools such as JIRA, Git, etc.

Where you'll work:

We offer flexibility, and value work-life balance. This role is open to remote workers. For those in Oslo we encourage a physical presence in our office to spend time with our team and business partners. For our remote workers we leverage various digital tools to stay connected, and we also come together for team building activities. For this role - due to time zone, and ease of travel - the ideal candidate will be physically located in Norway, UK or EU.
