For our client in the medical device industry, we are looking for a quality assurance specialist to work with data analysis and complaint handling. 

Main tasks & Responsibilities: 

  • Collect the data for complaint trending
  • Create trend charts from the data and document in-depth analysis according to procedures   
  • Complete trending data collection
  • Create trend report 
  • Analyze trend alerts
  • Initiate investigations as necessary related to trending analysis

Required Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience in the Medical Device industry
  • Experience working with Quality Assurance, Trending, and EWMA charts
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong skills in Excel, Tableau, and MS Office

Nice to have:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry in an Engineering, Quality, or Regulatory related role
  • Degree in data analytics, engineering, or health science
  • Familiarity with Oracle Analytics and Salesforce
