About the team:

As an Azure Data Engineer, you won't be working in a silo. You'll be joining a dynamic team of:

  • 4 BI Developers: They're passionate about transforming complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that fuel better decision-making across the organization.
  • 3 Full-Stack Developers: Our full-stack developers are tech-savvy and love a challenge. They build our internal applications and collaborate with BI to deliver data insights.

This team is a great mix of personalities. They're passionate about their work, but their hobbies are diverse. Your background and experience

  • Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a data engineering role.
  • Proficient in SQL and some experience with scripting languages.
  • Strong experience with Azure cloud services (Azure SQL Database / Azure SQL Managed Instance, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks etc.).
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily office-based with options for remote work.
  • Standard office hours with occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.
