Engineering Systems Specialist (Kristiansand)

Global CAD Systems & Engineering Tools’ mission is to optimize the systems used globally in Rig Technology, and we are looking for a new Engineering System Specialist.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Global point of contact for all questions regarding the Product Bulletin system and process
• Maintenance and improvement of the Product Bulletin processes
• Create, maintain and improve JIRA Service Desks and dashboards for the global organization
• Create, maintain and improve internal wiki-pages for the global organization
• Global point of contact for all questions regarding the Document Management System
• Coordination of internal tasks (renewals of software licenses, weekly newsletter to the organization, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with the global team located in Norway and the US to continuously support engineers globally

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS 

• Professional degree or bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or similar (desirable)
• Experience with use of JIRA Service Desk (essential) 
• Knowledge of CAD systems Inventor, Creo and/or SolidWorks (desirable)
• Knowledge of PLM Teamcenter (desirable)
