Developer

About the Role

As our business expands, we are adding support to our analysis team within power/energy markets – a growing segment of the company.

We are looking for a developer to work with our energy analysis team.

Main Responsibilities

• Work with our development, product management and energy analysis teams and other stakeholders to continue the development of our APIs and websites
• Collaborate with energy analysts and our development team to support the daily operations within Nena Analysis

Core Requirements

• Experience with C# .NET API and website development
• Experience from working with relational databases (MS SQL, MySQL)
• A hands-on and operational mindset – understanding the need for both speed and quality in data delivery – and a will to step in and fix issues that can occur
• A few years of work experience from API development, data engineering and/or operations
• Bachelor’s degree or similar education
• Proficiency in English – knowledge of a Scandinavian language strongly preferred
• EU/EEA work permit

We also appreciate you having

• Some experience with development in Python
• A desire to explore, learn and grow in the role
• Knowledge of front-end web development
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like GitHub
