Manager, Offering Development

About the role

We are now looking for an Offering Development Manager in Oslo for our B2B segment. In this role, you will be a member of a Nordic business and offering development team, together responsible of our Nordic customer offerings strategy and development roadmap. In this role, you will be a part of the Norwegian Entrepreneurs and Small Enterprises leadership team and work strategically with our offering development. In addition to leading the Norwegian offering development, you will in your role lead the Nordic development of one of our offering domains (Digital offering or other Value-adding services).

The role reports directly to Senior Manager, Business and Offering Development Nordic.

In your role you will:

  • Contribute to our Nordic product and offering strategy as part of a Nordic team
  • Lead the Nordic offering strategy and roadmap one of the following offering domains (Digital offering or other Value-adding services)
  • Be responsible for local product management and development through a customer centric approach
  • Be responsible for local risk management, compliance and legislation of existing offering
  • Lead and be accountable for initiatives and projects locally and across the Nordics

About you

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business- and/or product development, preferably from retail insurance, telecom or other similar industries (subscription type of customer relations)
  • Prior experience with B2B business, understanding of business drivers and the Nordic energy market are considered as an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Strong strategic mindset and business acumen, with a strong drive and target orientation
  • True team player with proven track record from developing and managing relationships and networks in large complex organizations
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English is necessary in this position
