IT Manager

Exciting IT Manager position in an innovative biopharmaceutical company. This role will be part of the IT department and supporting IT and the company as we establish a larger in-house presence in IT and grow the services provided, the infrastructure, and IT frameworks for the future.

The position will be focusing on managing and contributing to projects, Change and Incident processes, developing Standard Operating Procedures, vendor and software management, as well as making sure that internal IT support fulfill the need of the company. This includes providing second line support and escalation of issues as appropriate.

The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:  

• Project resource and management
• Lead Change, Incident and Risk management
• Responsible for vendor management and review
• Software management
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
• Manage IT ticketing system
• Second line user support and escalation
• Support the daily operations in the IT department

The role will report to Director Head of IT

Experience:

• Working with IT Standards
• 2+ years working with Change and Incident management systems
• Certification in Project management
• Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint)
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
• 5+ years experience in an IT Support or equivalent role
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field
