Technical Lead

Area of responsibility, but not limited to:

  • Has the experience and skills needed to ensure that our overarching platform architecture is adhered to in each product team.
  • Has a unique role and responsibility to ensure that requirements from various stakeholders are planned and executed on.
  • Is an enabler for productivity in the technical teams and is a coach for the team and for onboarding new members.
  • Technical leads need to prepare the technical implementation by breaking architecture down to executable tasks and based on team skillset delegate tasks accordingly.
  • Acts as an evangelist and role model for implementing state of the art engineering in Energy Systems.
  • The technical lead understands the hands-on competence needed in the team to solve the tasks.


We are looking for:

  • Relevant higher education, either a Bachelor's or Master's degree in technology-related fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering or similar.
  •  7+ years of relevant professional experience in software development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps.
  • Expertise in languages such as C#, Python or similar.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
  • A good understanding of object-oriented design principles and patterns.
  • A good understanding of SQL Server and database design.
  • A good understanding of usability vs security concerns.
