DevSecOps Engineer

We have modernized our award winning Bedriftsnett running in a VM environment in Telia data centers to Telia Smart Connect running on Kubernetes, hosted in Amazon AWS. Telia Smart Connect was in 2023 launched in Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, with Norway coming up in 2024. We are looking for motivated and clever people to join our team in Kristiansand in the journey to continue to evolve the product grow within the unified communication marked. The product is a call attendant / switchboard solution for the B2B market, with a growing number of addon services and integrations.

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will be part of a team that design, develop, test, and operate the solution – all within the team.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Design and suggest the best solutions together with your team and stakeholders.
  • Research, develop, and improve our solution.
  • Ensuring that our solutions are in alignment with architecture decisions and are following legal and security requirements.

 

Your experience

We imagine you have a master's or BA degree within a relevant area and have worked within the field of development for a couple of years. However, equivalent experience can add up to the lack of education. You are fluent in Engelish in speech and writing. Knowing Norwegian language is beneficial to the role.


You have experience with:

  • Infrastructure-as-code, preferably Terraform
  • Kubernetes
  • Experienced with Linux
  • IP/networking/security
  • Amazon AWS (especially useful: EKS, Lamda, ECS) or other Cloud solutions MySQL
