Software Engineer

DNB is hiring a Software Engineer for the Cloud Contact Center Section!

DNB is Norway's largest bank with more than 2 million customers daily. We provide a full range of financial services within private and business banking, asset management, pension and more, helping Norwegians to move billions of NOK every day through seamless experiences and intuitive user journeys.

The Cloud Contact Center team is looking for Software engineers with .Net Developer experience. You will play a vital role in creating and maintaining top-notch software using Genesys Cloud SDKs/APIs. You will work closely with fellow developers and stakeholders to ensure our software meets the needs of our business and customers.

Desired Experience and skills

  • 5+ years experience in software development
  • Good experience in C#, .Net, Web API, RESTful web services, SQL Server, .Net windows services and React
  • Proficiency in Contact centre solution, IVR, ASR and TTS etc
  • Develop and maintain software applications using .Net and Genesys SDK/API
  • Hands-on experience in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Bicep, and Kafka
  • Working knowledge of TFS, GitHub, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines and Azure/AWS cloud services
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications
  • Participate in architectural discussions, migration process and code reviews to offer helpful feedback
  • Familiarity with design patterns, object-oriented design, and programming
  • Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to ensure the software meets business and customer needs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in Norwegian and English
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
