What you'll do

You will be joining the Business Operations team at our Headquarters in Oslo (Norway) and reporting to the Senior Vice President of Business Operations.

As an IT Operations Specialist, you will have the opportunity to improve the productivity of all your colleagues at SalesScreen while being instrumental to supporting the rapid growth of our organization.

Your primary focus will be managing our internal technology stack to ensure that everyone at SalesScreen is equipped with the best possible tools to be successful in their role. This is a truly encompassing and pivotal role at SalesScreen where you will be involved at every step in the lifecycle of the several software platforms that we use: from vendor research to procurement process, implementation and integration with existing software, documentation and end-user training, maintenance, continuous improvement and sunsetting when needed.

Your second focus will be also to be the primary point of contact for IT Support internally for the whole SalesScreen global organization. You will oversee the technical onboarding of new hires, provide assistance to existing employees while safeguarding our internal and external compliance and security policies.

Some key responsibilities:
  • Managing technology stack and processes for all departments like e.g. managing our Salesforce account, our cross-product integrations or our own internal SalesScreen account
  • Managing our software vendor inventory, proactively suggesting changes to keep our technology stack lean and cost effective and overseeing new procurement processes.
  • Overseeing the technical implementation and roll-out of new software throughout the whole organization
  • Handling onboarding, supporting and offboarding of SalesScreen employees from a technical standpoint (software and hardware).
  • Being a front line ambassador, guardian and contributor to our overall efforts around Security, Privacy and Compliance.

Who you are

  • You have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science (or similar) and over 2 years of relevant experience
  • You embody business acumen and love for technology. Business problems excite you and you thrive in deconstructing them and finding the right toolkit and approach to solve them.
  • You are brave and operational. You are not afraid of getting your hands dirty in technically advanced environments.
  • You are analytical & structured. You have the capacity to look at the larger picture when needed.
  • You have strong communication skills in English. You enjoy crafting your message specifically to your audience and are very comfortable presenting it either verbally or in writing.
  • You are reliable, autonomous and a great team player.
  • Knowledge of some of the following is beneficial:
    • Key technologies: Salesforce (admin), Excel, Zapier
    • Integration technologies: REST API, Webhooks
    • Revenue platforms: Marketo, Bizible, Outreach, Chorus.
    • Data Modelling: PowerBI, PowerQuery.
    • Productivity platforms: Notion, Microsoft 365, Dropbox, Zoom
    • Security & compliance frameworks: GDPR, ISO 27001
