Fullstack Developer

We are looking to strengthen our developer team with skilled Fullstack Developers to help us successfully implement nCino, a cloud-based banking operating system!

You are passionate about technology and have a strong interest in learning about and playing with new technologies. But almost equally important is your ability to be a good team player and that you understand the need to cooperate with others to achieve great results.

Qualifications and technical skills required:

• Experience with Java / Kotlin (Spring Boot / Webflux) and/or
• Experience with JavaScript / Typescript (React / Node.js)

Advantage is you have experience with or feel you have a good knowledge and are comfortable with some or all the below:

• Designing, building, and maintaining REST APIs
• Building HTML/CSS from UI/UX design
• AWS, Gitlab and automation of build systems.
• Agile, TDD, DDD

We prefer that you have completed higher technical education, but we also acknowledge that extensive relevant experience may make up for this. You must be fluent in English (both oral and written). Norwegian skills are a plus.

Background

In November last year, Group Management approved starting the Corporate Lending Transformation Program with the aim of replacing our core systems that are used to originate credit cases and service our loans. The CLT program will span over several years, and the overall objective is to implement new "state of the art" systems and processes that will help us improve the customer experience, increase our efficiency, reduce operational risk, as well as ensure long-term business value. Corporate Banking have the responsibility for orgination part of the program and nCino is the system we implement.

The Section Credit and Deposits is part of the CB Product, Channels and Technology (PCT) division and is responsible for all products and solutions related to long-term financing on behalf of Corporate Banking. Our overall goal is to offer competitive products and solutions adapted to customer needs, size, and geographical location.
