Telenor Software Lab AS creates and maintains software for Telenor. We are looking for a new member of our Mitt Telenor team. This team has in cooperation with others, responsibility for Mitt Telenor -- one of Telenor’s most important apps. The app is used daily by several hundred thousand users and is crucial for almost all branches of the company.
We use scrum as a working methodology. In the beginning you will get close follow-up and training. We do not expect that you know it all from the get-go and you will get help to ensure quality and learning in the work through code reviews and cooperation with colleagues. We take pride in our work and want to learn from our mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes, the only sin is to not talk about them.
With us you will be able to influence and bring your ideas to life. Moving forward you would also be able to get more responsibility and learn new technologies.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Taking on the role as software engineer your task will be to take requirements from various parts of the organization and turn them into usable features.
You will have a substantial impact on designing your own work day. You will work closely with other developers, UX and testers to learn and continue to develop Mitt Telenor.
Mitt Telenor runs on React Native written in TypeScript. We deploy to iOS and Android, and some Java/Kotlin, Objective-C is also used.
