Martech Developer/Tech Lead

Would you like to join and lead a cross-functional team of developers and work with MarTech stack and in-house built NBA Engine (Next Best Engine) in Telia Norway? Then this could be the perfect role for you! Our MarTech team is organised under Analytics department in Telia Norway and we are responsible for integrating multiple systems under MarTech umbrella to orchestrate and enable personalised communication to Telia customers.

You will be working closely with colleagues in Norway and Lithuania developing internal NBA (next best action) engine and its’ integrations with other systems, databases, and marketing tools (e.g. Salesforce marketing cloud).
Is this you?
You have already remarkable experience in full stack development, and you are not afraid of new challenges. You are comfortable working across multiple systems, developing integrations and building custom solutions, resolving various individual challenges while keeping the larger picture in mind, capable of organizing your colleagues for collaboration when needed. You take ownership of your deliveries and domain of responsibility and known to be an excellent communicator. You can see yourself in scrum master role, organising work of the 5-7 people team and helping the team to progress through the roadmap.

Your experience:
- 2-5 years of experience as a full stack developer.
- Frontend development experience: HTML/CSS/JS.
- Knowledge of Python, Node.js, Next.js, React.js or similar frameworks and libraries.
- Backend development and integration experience: API’s (REST / SOAP), Server-Side JavaScript.
- Familiar with various forms of data processing, file types and storage like SQL, DynamoDB, Kafka, JSON, XML, sFTP, S3.
- Good communication skills and fluent English.
Bonus points if you:
- Knowledge of AWS, Lambda functions, CI/CD, GitHub.
- Have experience with marketing automation and CDP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and BlueConic.
- Scrum master experience, familiarity with SAFe

We offer a yearly base salary from 800 000 to 1 100 000 NOK (gross) depending on your experience. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefit package which includes:
