We are looking for Developers with a growth mindset who will play a crucial role in the implementation of nCino within our banking infrastructure. You are passionate about technology and have a strong interest in learning about and playing with new technologies. But almost equally important is your ability to be a good team player and that you understand the need to cooperate with others to achieve great results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nCino or Salesforce development, configuration, and integration preferably within a banking environment.

Background
In November last year, Group Management approved to start the Corporate Lending Transformation (CLT) Program with the aim of replacing our core systems that are used to originate credit cases and service our loans. The CLT program will span over several years, and the overall objective is to implement new "state of the art" systems and processes that will help us improve the customer experience, increase our efficiency, reduce operational risk, as well as ensure long-term business value
