Information & Data Management Specialist

The Information & Data Management department supporting the offshore wind projects has a high activity level due to investment projects in execution. The department is supporting offshore wind development projects across the globe.

We are currently looking for someone that will actively contribute to our projects in execution and/or someone that is keen to help us identify improved and new ways of balancing information sharing and information protection

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Documentation Management: Ensure project information and documentation are managed in compliance with company requirements and local legislation.
  • Representation: Represent the information and data management discipline in offshore wind projects globally, coordinating tasks according to company best practices and industry standards.
  • Traceability and Accessibility: Ensure the traceability, future retrieval, and correct accessibility of all business-critical documentation throughout the project and asset lifecycle.
  • System Implementation: Establish routines, implement, and maintain systems for managing all business-critical technical and administrative documentation within project teams, ensuring efficient information flow towards the asset organization.
  • Data Security and Accessibility: Actively contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing data security and accessibility, focusing on simplification and automation of access management.
  • System Access Administration: Perform system access administration in line with company security guidelines and policies, identifying ways to empower end users.
  • Innovation in Data Management: Contribute to identifying new approaches to data protection, visualization, and monitoring.

Qualifications:

  • EITHER a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Library and Information Science, Data and Information Management, or a similar field.
  • OR a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology disciplines, such as access and identity management.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with SharePoint, MS Power Platform, and other document management tools.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in energy development projects is preferable. Experience in offshore wind projects or information security and access management will be an advantage.
