About the Position

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Customer Success Team as a Technical Product Specialist, preferably located to our office in Grimstad. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our customers during the rollout process, offering them a comprehensive understanding of our products, and integrating them seamlessly into their operations, to ensure our clients receive exceptional service. Reporting directly to Chief Customer Officer.



Overall Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support during the sales process, offering customers an in-depth understanding of our products and their integration into existing systems.
  • Serve as a product specialist, understanding customer needs and configuring solutions accordingly, without the need for customization for each client.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to architect solutions tailored to each customer’s architecture and requirements.
  • Ensure seamless integration of our product portfolio with customer systems.
  • Day-to-day tasks will vary but include close coordination with the team and proactive customer engagement.



Who Are We Looking For?

  • Experience in platform engineering, understanding system operations and architectures.
  • Proficiency in Linux, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies (e.g., Azure).
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and solve complex technical problems.
  • Relevant experience
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Clean criminal record.
