Support Engineer

We’re looking for a Support Engineer to join us in our Sandefjord office. What you’ll do as a Support Engineer:

CatalystOne’s Support Team is a core function that assists our customers in their daily use of our ever-expanding HCM software. The role is a blend of translator, detective, teacher, and a creative problem solver. No day will be the same!

You will be responsible for ensuring satisfied customers across Scandinavia by helping them navigate the product and resolve their challenges. The CatalystOne application is both broad, deep, at times complex, and continuously updated. Some of the enquiries you won't find answers to in documentation, and these will be the tasks you find most enjoyable. You'll need to dig deep into issues, consult with the customer, test solutions, discuss with colleagues, and propose solutions. We support our customers in Scandinavian languages, and fluency in Swedish would be a big advantage.

Our technical hub, which includes Support, Development, Operations, Security, and parts of Product Management, is in Sandefjord. You will work closely with your colleagues in the Sandefjord office and collaborate with our other locations digitally. Here, we are known for our ability to combine an exceptionally professional customer-first attitude with laughter and humor in a dog-friendly office.

Requirements

  • Delight in exceeding customer expectations and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Comfortable with computers and digital tools, able to quickly grasp technical concepts.
  • Demonstrate patience, attentiveness, and a genuine desire to assist customers and colleagues, with the ability to simplify complex information and communicate effectively. 
  • Fluency in a Scandinavian language and English, both written and verbal. Fluency in Swedish is beneficial but not required. 
  • Approach problem-solving with a positive attitude and a proactive mindset, eager to learn and adapt. 
  • Prioritize quality, maintain structure, and excel in time management.
  • Display a drive to uncover effective solutions when confronted with challenges.
