This position as Service Coordinator will include coordination and administration of warranty, service and upgrade projects.
Duties and responsibilities
Coordination and administration of warranty projects, service projects and upgrade projects. This includes supporting technical support personnel in:
- Coordination of personnel travel globally
- Coordination of equipment and parts for project/job execution
- Customer follow-up
- Project administration and progress reports to customer and internally
- Closing activities and finalizing documentation for invoicing
- Long term strategic planning of personnel needs in close cooperation with technical support personnel, Commissioning Coordinator and Production Follow-Up Coordinator
- Coordination of service engineers for and during assignments, including administration of travels via our travel agency, visa application processes, passports, etc
- Ensuring courses, certificates, passports etc. are updated and valid in cooperation with Aftermarket Coordinator
- Help build and maintain good customer relations
- Assist Service Manager in maintaining and expanding our Global Partner Network and coordinate third party resources in the field
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of ERP systems
- Experience with coordination of personnel and projects, preferably from the maritime industry
- Good IT skills (office suite and third-party systems)
- Proficient in Norwegian and English
- Driver's license class B
