We are seeking a skilled and proactive Cyber Security Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the latest threats and security practices, with the ability to communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.

Your impact in the organization:

  • Actively participate in incident response, providing clear communication and expert guidance across the organization.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments, keeping our risk landscape up to date.
  • Develop and maintain IT security documentation, including incident response procedures and contingency plans.
  • Drive security awareness programs, fostering a strong security culture among employees.
  • Collaborate with IT development and operations teams to ensure security principles are embedded throughout the service lifecycle.
  • Support audits, handle security incidents, and participate in IT contingency exercises.

We believe you will thrive with us if you have:

  • Higher education in IT, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and NSM ICT Security Principles.
  • Experience with cloud environments like Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, especially in relation to security.
  • Relevant certifications such as Security+, CISA, GIAC, CISSP (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with experience in project management and process facilitation.
  • Ability to be both diplomatic and clear in communication.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
  • Curious and passionate about IT and information security, with a strong desire for continuous learning and development.

We believe you will succeed with us if you have:

  • Previous experience in cyber security roles, particularly in managing incidents and risk assessments.
  • Ability to create and maintain security documentation, such as contingency plans and incident response procedures.
  • Knowledge of best practices for cloud security in environments like Azure.
