Petrolink is looking for a Masterdata Coordinator for a team with a broad range of tasks across the value chain in Marketing & Supply. The Deal Handling Settlement department consists of four sub-teams & processes:
Settlements of physical liquids cargoes
Settlements of shipping related costs
Clearing broker reconciliation
Margin calls Master Data Management.
Contract location: Stavanger, Norway
The role will require you to perform operational tasks in Masterdata: recieve request and perform quality control on document and process.
Create/change Master data for MMP area.
Be a part of a fast-paced and dynamic commercial environment, working closely with the business; operation, business development, process owners as well as IT.
Have responsibility for correct Master Data information in applications.
Create and change information of Master Data based on business needs.
Be part of enhancing the Master Data team and process to meet future requirements for digitalization.
Contribute to implement new processes and integration to new or changed applications.
Collaboration across disciplines is vital for the success of the master data function.
We are looking for the right candidate with the following qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree preferably in Economics or IT.
Experience ideally with master data management is preferred, however someone with business analysis, information analysis, or data quality experience will also be considered.
Good competency with Excel, SAP and knowledge as well as an interest for digitalization would be beneficial.
Well organized and comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast and dynamic environment.
A passion and drive for recognizing and suggesting ways to make improvements along with excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a wide range of people.
A strong analytical and commercial mindset, with an ability to work accurately and to deadlines.
A professional level of English, both written and oral is essential, fluent in Norwegian is beneficial.
