Ability to understand complex systems & solutions and see the bigger picture, identify what is needed and how to achieve it, while still have a desire to dig into the details and solve challenges at the core. You need be comfortable working both independently and in teams, with our clients, your colleagues and partners – on site and remotely/online.
We are looking for candidates with wide experience from digital transformation programmes and/or digital product projects within IT and hopefully within OT domains. You need to understand both the business, data, processes and the technology underpinning the digital transformation from a business and architecture point of view. You thrive as working in our hub interconnecting these, and you are responsible delivering our digital transformation projects and at the same time provide our clients with the best digital advice. The spokes connected to our consists of resources and specialists from btwn, the client and our partners.
btwn´s value proposition within digital transformation has a wide span from a to z, and can include initial digital assessments and screenings, Cloud & data platforms, APIs, BI solutions and automation to name some.
We will find it interesting if you also have experience from sales processes involving digital transformation and/or its themes, including working out commercial aspects, quotations/bids and client presentations. Also, technical experience with cloud and data will be valued.
Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum five years of relevant work experience in the above areas.
Good communication skills, both orally and in writing (English, Norwegian)
Willingness to travel and work with client at their premises.
