Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer reporting tools, dashboards, and self-service portals.
• Collaborate with teams to design software solutions, covering both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end (databases, APIs) work.
• Ensure systems are efficient, responsive, and reliable.
• Perform updates and system maintenance when needed.

Qualifications

• University degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Front-end skills in modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and back-end programming (preferably Python).
• Familiarity with databases and containerization (SQL, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Ability to work well under pressure.
