We are experiencing an increased level of activity and are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operator to join our team at Kongsberg Maritime. Our department, Forwarding & Export Logistics, is part of Operations in Kongsberg Maritime’s Automation & Control division. We support our delivery projects and global customer support in delivering equipment and spare parts to our customers - at the right time and in the right place. A Warehouse Operator in our department is responsible for packing and preparing equipment for transport worldwide. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys being active during their workday and thrives in a hands-on job.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Pack and prepare project equipment and spare parts for transport
  • Expedite truck drivers with outbound goods
  • Support our internal customers in serving our external customers
  • Contribute to a high service level and improvement of work processes

Qualifications and experience:

  • Relevant experience and/or education in logistics
  • Knowledge of digital tools: ERP and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
  • Meets safety requirements from the Civil Aviation Authority (Luftfartstilsynet)
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written
  • Preferably truck certificate T1-T4
