Introduction
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an IT Coordinator with experience providing user support in ServiceNow and general administrative tasks.
Work Tasks
- Act as a point of contact between customer and client
- Register and follow up tasks and tickets in our ticket handling system
- Assist IM Manager with administrative and operational tasks
- Participate in internal meetings by request from IM Manager
- Participate in weekly standup meetings with IT Operations
- Ticket handling
- Assist users to apply for applications
- Teach users to use self service
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of work experience (preferred from a HelpDesk/ServiceDesk)
- Fluent in Norwegian and English.
Personal skills
This is a 6-month contract to start, and our client would like the candidate to start as soon as possible.
