We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated Cloud Technical Account Manager to join our Customer Success Team. As a Cloud Technical Account Manager, you must have excellent technical-, communicational-, organizational- and leadership skills. In addition, the position requires experience and deep understanding within Microsoft Cloud Services.

We design and implement the optimal infrastructure, analyze, plan and conduct migrations, and guide customers to optimal usage and productivity with Azure and Office 365 in a constantly evolving cloud environment. Everything we do is done based on Microsoft’s latest tools and technologies.

As our new Cloud Technical Account Manager, you will work very closely with our customer success team, our account- and project managers to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of Microsoft Cloud services within client organizations. You will manage a large customer base, provide solutions to challenging engineering problems, including initial implementation, and continuously optimize customer-specific performances. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who can translate complex technical details into a business context.
More specifically, you will be:
- Owning customer relations and leading projects from start to finish
- Providing technical consulting for customers and partners; Developing solutions and support to meet customers' ongoing technical requirements to increase product usability
- Participating and taking charge of product release cycles by building relationships with Ironstone`s clients and understanding their technical needs and business objectives
- In continuous dialogue with customers. Report on product performance and customer feedback
