About the role
As our Project Manager, you will be an essential part of our ambitious internal Business System Modernization Programs.
These programs are targeted initiatives to continuously upgrade our global internal IT landscape in manageable chunks using an Agile mindset: covering everything from upgrading our existing systems, onboarding newly acquired companies into our systems to preparing datasets for company wide use.
These programs are aimed to allow us to grow in a faster, yet in a controlled manner, by reducing system complexity, facilitating data democratization and more.
Not deeply technical? Don't worry. In this role, you will be working in a global tech powerhouse with 950 colleagues to help you along the way. There will always be someone who'd be thrilled to have a coffee and explaining how it's all connected.
Your contributions:
As our Project Manager, you will:
- Manage the execution of our business system modernization program
- Foster a data democratization culture in Cegal developing datasets and reports
Who you are?
To thrive in the role we believe you share our passion for technology and learning, and that you probably have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in project management. If you have managed IT projects before, that's a great plus.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills. We value the ability to navigate complex challenges with both creativity and methodical thinking.
- A robust understanding of data analysis and business operations.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, both technical and non-technical.
- Enjoy the human aspect of project management, facilitating workshops that foster trust and confidence.
You will be working in a team of 4 together with our system architect, senior technician, manager of digitalization and yourself with the common goal of making Cegal leaner and empowering the digital work life for Cegalians.
